I led the redesign of checkout for AIQ’s ecommerce product Dispense, transforming it into a clean, modern system that dispensaries could fully white-label as their own. The goal was to make every transaction—whether pickup, delivery, or in-store kiosk—feel frictionless for customers while giving operators the flexibility they needed behind the scenes.
My work spanned the entire checkout flow: simplifying the cart experience, creating adaptable payment modules, and introducing design patterns that made complex order types easy to manage. Each piece was tested against the real-world needs of dispensaries, where regulations and customer expectations vary widely, ensuring the system could handle edge cases without breaking the flow.

I partnered with Movemint, an athletic events startup founded by ex-Strava talent working with brands like Patagonia and Tracksmith to build community through sport.
Our first project together was reimagining the “Why Movemint?” page, turning it into a hybrid asset: part high-impact lead-generation tool, part polished sales deck for live pitches.
The result was a clean, narrative-driven page that gave Movemint credibility with major partners while capturing the energy of their community-driven mission.
